From individual counseling to couples counseling, we offer a safe place to heal and work through the spaces that you may be stuck in. We work together in uncovering the root of unhealthy patterns of behavior and relationships. Our therapists work extensively across a broad range of psychological difficulties and possess a high degree of clinical expertise of psychological care including: depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, family relationship issues, marital therapy, abuse, trauma, EMDR, DBT Skills training, adolescent therapy, parenting, low self-esteem, self-harm, bi-polar disorder, adjustment disorder and stress management.

Individual counseling offers a safe place to encourage clients to explore how limiting beliefs and trauma are held in the body. Our specialties include trauma and PTSD, chronic illness, grief and loss, emotional struggles such as shame, depression, anger and anxiety and relationship problems.

Marriage counseling helps to identify areas of conflict and communication in a marriage and facilitates healthy ways of resolving them. If you have found yourself experiencing poor communication, a lack of intimacy, anger, resentment, nagging or betrayal of trust, marriage counseling can help you get to the root of problems and resolve them

Family counseling can help to promote better relationships and understanding. It may be a crisis or tragedy, a divorce or a child who is experiencing trauma. Family Counseling may address the needs of the family when one family member is suffering from a mental or physical illness that alters his or her behavior in negative ways. Therapists can help families build better ways of communicating with each other and teach family members to communicate in more positive ways, replacing old, negative patterns of communication.
